1. Acceptance of the terms
This document sets forth the terms and conditions (the "Terms") applicable to the use of the website https://keystonelabs.dev (the "Site"), operated by Keystone Labs, domiciled in Mexico City, Mexico. By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site's purpose is to publish information about the software development, maintenance and support services offered by Keystone Labs, and to facilitate contact between interested visitors and the company. The information published is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer; the scope, prices and conditions of the services are agreed in the formal contracts and quotes executed in writing with each client.

The contents of the Site — including but not limited to texts, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, source code and interface elements — are the property of Keystone Labs or are used with the authorization of their owners, and are protected by Mexican intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without the prior written authorization of Keystone Labs is prohibited.
4. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the Site lawfully and to refrain from:
- Carrying out activities that may damage, overload or impair the Site or prevent its normal use by other visitors.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or information of Keystone Labs or third parties.
- Using the Site to distribute unlawful or defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Using automated mechanisms for bulk content extraction without authorization.

5. Limitation of liability
Keystone Labs strives to keep the Site's information accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keystone Labs shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, nor for the content of third-party sites that may be linked from the Site.

7. Amendments

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
For the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms, the parties submit to the federal laws of the United Mexican States and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other forum that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
